Apologies for taking so long to write this email, but my whole family joins me in wanting to say a very sincere thank you to you, Liz, Shane and all the team at TE Catering for the AMAZING job you guys did for my Mum's surprise 70th birthday on Sunday 13 March at Fort Denison.

Every aspect of the experience was wonderful - your professionalism and friendly help in the planning and lead-up, and the outstanding way you looked after us all and really entered into the sprirt of the occasion on the day itself. We have had countless comments from guests who raved not only about the wonderful food, but also about the lovely service your staff extended to us. For us, the occasion was an extremely special one, but you guys obviously have functions like this every day. We wanted it to be a perfect memory for our Mum, and you guys went above and beyond the call to make it just that - down to playing a part in the little surprise 'charade' so beautifully! Far from feeling like we were just another function, we really felt like you all wanted to make it as special as possible - and you did just that.
